Having more than one app integrated with Outlook can cause conflicts. You must only maintain one app that integrates with Outlook for status. Webex App will become the only app to integrate with Outlook for status. If there is another app that integrates status in Outlook, you can choose to use Webex App instead, in Webex App, go to Settings, select General > Show Webex availability in Microsoft Outlook. If Webex App is the only app you have installed that integrates with status in Outlook then the integration is enabled by default. The New Outlook option for Outlook 16 does not support this integration. Only maintain one app that integrates with Outlook for status. Then select Settings > General > Show Webex availability in Microsoft Outlook, and click Ok.
